UPCI’s heavy highway construction experience started 17 years ago in Aberdeen, South Dakota.
Since incorporating in 1993, the company has rapidly grown in areas of expertise in construction management and concrete paving. UPCI’s area of work has been in the upper Midwest: South and North Dakota, Minnesota, Nebraska, Iowa, Wyoming and Colorado. As we have grown, so has the recognition of our projects and the designations awarded to respective projects. Upper Plains has received numerous awards for quality work.
The mission of UPCI is growth through the acquisition, partnership, management, production, communication, and delivery of surface transportation and infrastructure projects in a superior, safe, timely and profitable manner to the delight of all stakeholders including customers, the public, our employees and contractors.
