UPCI wins second award for Belle Fourche, SD project

Larry Engbrecht, Executive Director of the South Dakota ACPA, announced UPCI as the winner of an "Award of Excellence" for the project completed this summer in Belle Fourche, SD. The project has also been recognized by several other organizations and state and city representatives. The award will be presented in Sioux Falls, SD on February 8th at the Ramkota Convention Center.
